Having trouble saving a record?
Check for any errors in data inputs into the record. Errors such as incomplete phone numbers, email addresses without the “@” symbol, and that emails and full names are not duplicates for Users in the system.

Want to Cancel/Change your subscription?
Easy! Click on the “Gear” icon in the top right corner, the Settings, and navigate to the Subscription tab – select the plan you want, if you want to change it.
If you’d like to update your billing information just click on “Update Billing” in the blue and enter your new information – click “Save”.
